Balmar
First, a word on Balmarians. They're incredibly religious. Their god is Zyflud, a huge crystal-like deity. Their government is monarchy, and the king is called "Spirit Emperor" being a person which inherited huge amounts of psychodriver powers. The emperor has the right of piloting the mechanical god "Geber Gan Eden". Actually the name of the emperor is Ruach. The architecture is roman in style, and the population is broken up in 12 houses, like the biblical Jerusalem. For protection issues, they have 12 moons with entire armies inside.
