South America's temperature is much hotter then that of North America so those who are not used to the heat my feel uneasy and possibly overheated. This also stays true for your mech so watch that activity. The last thing you want is to over heat it when a charged particle beam is flying your way. In the more rain forest like areas, smaller mechs have nice areas to hide and have cover however its highly frowned upon to commence battle there. Waterfalls may also provide a nice hiding spot and an area for mechs to cool down for a while.
